Timing depends on our partner's capacity and your location. We'll confirm the estimated turnaround before we collect anything.
Do you clean the clothes yourselves?
We coordinate pickup and delivery with independent laundry partners who handle the cleaning.
Your data, handled with care.
We collect your name, phone number, approximate pickup location, requested time and laundry instructions solely to process and coordinate your request. We may share relevant details with the rider and cleaning partner fulfilling your order. Contact us to request correction or deletion of booking details. Do not submit sensitive information in the notes field. Avoid entering a home address until you are comfortable sharing it for pickup. We do not sell your booking details.
